I'm Anthony. I help business owners and organisations make sense of complex change. Without the hype, the jargon, or the pressure to move faster than their judgment can follow.
My work sits where strategy, culture, and technology meet human judgment. For twenty-five years, across industries, I've worked as a business strategist, culture advisor, and mental wealth researcher. The common thread is translation. Taking ideas that feel technical, abstract, or overwhelming and making them usable for the people who have to act on them.
Right now, a lot of that work is about AI governance and safety through practical, non-technical guidance. But the underlying question doesn't change with the technology. The hard part is rarely the tool. It's the people. The incentives. The second-order effects no one flagged in the pitch deck.
I speak, train, and advise. Small business owners directly. Organisations training their teams or the communities they serve.
I'll update this site a few more times as the work takes shape. For now, here's the short version. You can check out more on my LinkedIn. Each role taught me something that still shows up in how I work today, and how to best help in this age of tech expansion and a human-center future.
I think on camera sometimes. Short video, no polish. Just the thinking.
Turning 50, now 51. Twenty-five years of work across industries. Using all of it as a lens on what's happening right now in the economy, in AI, in how people are trying to hold their lives together. This is the first one. More to come.
A live session for business owners using AI who care about privacy, risk, and real-world application. Sharing a new AI device, recent work, and lessons from building safer AI workflows for small businesses.
Two long-form pieces from the journey so far. Different subjects. Same underlying question: how do people make good decisions when life is pressing on them?
Original research on the mental health of underestimated startup founders in the UK and the US. 179 responses. The findings shaped how I've worked with founders and advisors ever since. Founders are the most important investment in the business. Protect the part of you that makes the calls.
A 400-page manual originally written for men who think yoga isn't for them. Theory, practice, and a 6-week "Couch to Get Your Mind Right" program. Less about touching your toes. More about the stuff that gets in the way of living well.
Books are how I expand my life and my perspective on this human experience. They're the beautiful ingredients for a spicy gumbo. My curated lists, grouped by theme.
